MS Engineering is a manufacturing company specialized in Automotive Industries. We provide products with varieties of tooling and Assembly line fixtures, gauge, vibration, photometric, spot welding fixture surface treatment coating and metallization jigs and specific logistic trolleys and workbenches etc.
On providing metalizing jigs, our products have been successfully validated on both domestic and foreign Vacuumed metalizing equipment against its specific features, such as Lanzhou Dacheng, Arzuffi SRL, ULVAC, Buhler Leybold Optics, KOVA etc. We have reached best solution to the parts on both horizontal and vertical metallization machines.
On providing coating jigs, we have rich experience on different types of coating including BMC reflector basecoating, bezel and side reflex basecoating, 2K lens hardcoating, outer lens antifog coating jigs, etc.
We apply certain types of material for our products, 304 stainless steel for metalizing and coating jigs; carbon fiber applied in few flow coating projects; copper and nickel electroforming applied in tooling material. Generally we choose the material based on outer fit and function requested by products but appointed material from customer can also be workable.
